Resort “BORSZÓWKA” is located in the beautifully situated district of Szklarska Poręba – Biała Dolina, right by a mountain stream that flows all year round, giving this place a unique atmosphere. The complex consists of a guesthouse with eight rooms for up to 27 people, 4 smaller Mountain Cottages, each for up to 9 people, and two houses called OLD MILL for up to 10 people. Each cottage is separate from the others and equipped with its own kitchen, bathroom, TV, fireplace, and two terraces with a barbecue. Guests also have access to additional amenities such as a swimming pool, Russian banya, sauna, children’s playground, and volleyball court. Other conveniences include fiber-optic internet, parking with a remote-controlled gate, and a ski boot drying room.

Ski Boot Drying Room
For active winter guests, we provide a drying room for ski boots and also for storage of skiing equipment. In the summer it is a convenient storage space for bicycles. This room is located in the guesthouse building (next to the Mountain Cottages) with a separate entrance right by your accommodation.

A cozy spot for relaxation with coffee, drinks or a warming atmosphere during the winter season.
KEY INFORMATION:
SMALL CHILDREN – upon request we can provide a baby bathtub, potty, toilet seat adapter, step stool, travel cot, and high chair.
PETS – pets are welcome provided they do not disturb other guests, are not left unsupervised in the resort, and their owners clean up after them. There are no additional charges, but we kindly ask guests to leave a tip for the cleaning staff so we can continue welcoming pets.
ESSENTIALS – bathrooms are equipped with large and small towels, beds have hotel-standard linens, dishwashers come with detergent tablets (one per day), bathrooms contain liquid soap, kitchens have dishwashing liquid, and there are cleaning supplies including a vacuum cleaner.
SWIMMING POOL – available from May until the end of warm summer days, our outdoor heated pool measures 4x8m with a depth of 100 cm, designed mainly for children but enjoyable for adults as well.
RUSSIAN BANYA – perfect for a relaxing evening, this hot tub filled with 3000 liters of 38°C water provides pleasure for 1-3 hours, compared to just 5–15 minutes in a sauna. Due to the heating process, please request use at least 8 hours in advance.
SAUNA – for those who prefer to stay warm in traditional style, a Finnish sauna is available, ideal for cold winter evenings and beyond.
CAMPFIRE & GARDEN – the large property includes a campfire area, a covered barbecue shelter with tables for around 20 guests, and a large stone grill.
PLAYGROUND – for children we provide a playground with four swings, a mini climbing wall, two slides, and an agility module.
VOLLEYBALL COURT – available for both children and adults as a volleyball and badminton court. Balls and rackets can be borrowed from reception.
SUN LOUNGERS – to comfortably enjoy the surrounding greenery, sun loungers are provided for guests.
WiFi INTERNET – free fast internet (ORANGE 1 Gb) is available throughout the entire property.
SUMMER TERRACE – directly accessed from the kitchen area, with bench seating and a grill. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, guests can also use a covered terrace at the front of the building or a spacious balcony upstairs.
MOUNTAIN STREAM – a fast-flowing stream with crystal-clear mountain water runs around the cottages. Guests can fish for trout or take a dip in summer – but beware, the water is very cold!
BREAKFASTS – breakfast in the guesthouse is available upon request. Please check with staff concerning current availability.
SPORTS DRYING ROOM – for winter and summer sports equipment such as boots, gloves, and hats, a drying room is available for our active guests.
ECOLOGY – the entire property is lit with LED bulbs (each consuming no more than 5W). Thermal insulation is at passive house level, and temperature is regulated electronically. Combined with an eco-friendly wood fireplace, our cottages are truly environmentally friendly.
DEPOSIT & ENERGY COSTS – unless accommodation has been prepaid by bank transfer, payment must be made on arrival, along with a deposit of 500 PLN. The cost of electricity used is deducted from this deposit, and the remainder is refunded on departure after the room/cottage has been checked by staff.
PARKING & ACCESS – directly by the asphalt road, there is generous parking space available. The guesthouse is accessible via a gently sloping asphalt road, suitable even for cars with two-wheel drive. Parking is guaranteed for all our guests.
